The Great Rift Valley is a geographical and geological feature running north to south for around 6,400 kilometers, and Lake Nakuru National Park — set on its floor — is one of Kenya's most reliable rhino sanctuaries. Four of the Big Five are present (elephants are the notable absence), and the birdlife is world-renowned with over 400 species recorded.

Pickup at 0600 hrs. Drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley with a stop at the viewpoint. Lunch on arrival. Afternoon game drive along the shores of Lake Nakuru — buffalo, rhino (both white and black), Rothschild giraffe, and prolific birdlife. Dinner and overnight at Hotel Waterbuck.
After breakfast check out and drive back to Nairobi. Drop off at your pickup point.
