Amboseli National Park lies at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro on the Kenya–Tanzania border. The park is famous for huge elephant herds, with 80 mammal species and 400 bird species recorded across its swamps, acacia woodland and open plains.
Two full days exploring Amboseli's swamps, acacia woodland, and elephant herds with the snow-capped Kilimanjaro as the backdrop.
Pickup at 0700 hrs. Drive via the Athi Plains. Lunch, check in, and afternoon game drive. Overnight at Kilimanjaro Cottages or Little Amanya Camp.
Early breakfast, then full-day game viewing with packed lunch. Search for large elephant herds, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and prolific birdlife. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Breakfast, then drive back to Nairobi. Drop off at your hotel or residence.
